The Harper Adams Club are hosting a weekend of 100 events worldwide to celebrate the Centenary of the Harper Adams Club. We are seeking the assistance of Harper alumni to each host a small gathering, to be a part of this celebration.
Date: Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th July 2021 – whichever day suits best.
Event ideas: Things like hosting a farm walk, pub social, a business tour or even afternoon tea at your farm shop café. The events can be large or small (restrictions permitting), even just 3 or 4 meeting in a pub, and should be inclusive, deliverable and value for money.
What support we can offer you:
Email comms in your area: - Harper can send out targeted emails to publicise your event on your behalf, but because of GDPR rules we cannot supply you with email addresses. However, if you are happy for your email address to be published, we can ask anyone interested to contact you direct.
If you would like Harper to send targeted emails to alumni in your area please complete the Event Information Form.
We will also use this information to post on social media, but only use your social media profile as a contact.
You can of course also publicise through your own contacts / social media.
Small cash reimbursements: - We do not want those hosting events to be out of pocket for reasonable expenses incurred, such as refreshments for a farm tour. The Harper Adams Club will reimburse for such costs. We will however not be reimbursing for pub rounds!
