Application Form for Fellowship of The Institute of Agricultural Management (FIAgrM)

Please note that before submitting your application for Fellowship, you should be aware of the following:

• There is an assessment application fee
• You must have your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) record up to date via your Member login on the IAgrM website regardless of your current membership grade
• You will be required to submit third party evidence. Evidence may be a letter, certificate or email. This evidence should be uploaded separately by PDF or attached to this application form
• You will be required to give details of a referee who may be a member or professional member of IAgrM or another suitably qualified professional
• You will continue to adhere to the code of professional conduct as set out by IAgrM
• If your application is successful, you may pay a higher annual subscription
• Applications are assessed by the Professional Affairs Committee of IAgrM and ratified by Council. Please note that the Professional Affairs Committee reserve the right to call any applicant forward for interview.
