Tom Brunt

Thomas is a Director of Savills within the Southern Food and Farming team.

He has over 18 years' experience in management and consultancy. Thomas specialises in delivering day to day management and strategic advice to Private Clients.

Thomas reports directly to Private Estate and Farm Owners, Trustees and Directors. In addition to responsibility for routine management reporting and financial planning he delivers strategic reviews including farm business audits and benchmarking against industry standards.

Thomas provides advice on EU/UK Agricultural Policy implementation and the impact on Farming and Rural Businesses. He is also involved in delivering strategic advice on land purchases and the subsequent setting up appropriate farming systems.

Thomas has wide ranging experience and specialism in setting up, managing and auditing Contract Farming Agreements. He is a National Council member and Fellow and Treasurer of the Institute of Agricultural Management and was selected for the Institute of Agricultural Management Leadership Development Programme 2014.
